Career Emphasis Groups
The Career Emphasis Groups initiative is designed to create sub-branded communities within SHRM-Memphis for purposes of networking, social and/or educational opportunities. The groups offer opportunities for individuals with similar career interests and for those interested in developing their leadership abilities.
The current groups are:
- Compensation and Benefits,
- Employee Relations and
- Hiring and Staffing
- Career Transitions will be forming soon!
The CEGs are led by SHRM-Memphis members and their focus is determined by our membership's wants and needs.
They are by the members, for the members!
Each CEG is led by at least 3 volunteers who handle all arrangements for their respective groups with the SHRM-Memphis Boards support!
